Guided Meditation

Please listen to this guided meditation that I created in honor of International Women’s Day in 2017. I had just watched the amazing gatherings of Pink Hats across the globe and felt inspired to offer this Benediction from the Divine Mother.

Now in 2024 it may seem that we are experiencing a set back of all that we stood and marched for seven years ago. I know many women are feeling disheartened, discouraged and even frightened by the surge in patriarchal leadership sweeping across the world. Yet I am more certain now than ever, that the light of consciousness, the power of the divine feminine is still rising and deeply at work in the transformation of our human collective. Just as in times past, we are being asked to remember who we are and to hold steady in our light, our love and the creative power that is ours.

This message comes from the depths of my heart and is a blessing of healing and gratitude for all who are here, as embodied women, as those who identify as female and all who are awakening to the divine feminine as a construct in consciousness.

PLEASE NOTE as you are guided through the chakras that the Throat Chakra is not included. While this was not intentional, I had to smile as I prepared to share this with you today. The opportunity in that omission is that you get to claim your own healing and activation of your brilliant blue throat chakra.

I invite you to either pause the audio or to circle back at the end and do your own invocation and benediction for your voice, your knowing and speaking, declaring and decreeing the truth of who you are. You can experiment with statements such as:

” I AM the daughter of the Divine Mother.”

I AM the Divine Feminine and I am here to bless the world with light and love”

“I AM the Conscious Feminine and with my creative power I give birth to the world of peace harmony and well being for all”

“I AM the light and love of the Divine Feminine, anything and anyone who arrives in my field, on my path, is hereby infused with the power of LIGHT THAT I AM. As you receive this benediction may it dissolve all that is lost, forgotten, wounded in you and may you join me as my equal in the light. AND SO IT IS!”
