Learning to build up our tolerance for sensation in the body mind is the key to feeling safe and confident in all of our experiences. As we build our tolerance for the full range of experiences, we can allow ourselves to be more fully alive, fully engaged and fully available for the bliss that emerges even in the midst of the most difficult moments.
